There does not exist an x such that x is a law. Sounds like an exceptionless generalization to me. I guess either laws are not exceptionless generalizations, or laws like habits can be broken. Or laws are domain dependent. Or maybe the universe just hates quantifier negation.

I'll have to work on getting my dissertation thesis into fortune cookie form.
